当前阶段,在计量检定检测校准中,标准器与被校仪表的数据在智能采集时,受图像识别程序、软件兼容性、通讯协议和软件授权等因素影响,其数据往往无法实现完全自主、自动化采集,机器人技术在仪表检测的安装、拆卸、清洗擦拭等环节尚需手动辅助,人工检测的高效率、灵活可靠以目前的智能化技术还无法实现超越。2017年国家政策调整,强制检定计量器具存在大批量检定的现实需求,但短期之内尚无法实现强制检定计量器具的自助式检定、检测、校准。本文通过在现有条件下,对普通压力表的检定过程进行分析,实现算法优化及程序辅助,实现压力表检定效率的提高及原始记录中检定数据的全数字化采集,通过这种算法的应用,以期实现检定检测的全数字化、无纸化。
