目的观察鸡血藤提取物(MHD)的毒性及体外的抗肿瘤作用。方法以Hela细胞株为研究对象,以昆明小鼠含药血清为药物,用MTT法观察MHD含药血清对Hela细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果 MHD含药血清对Hela细胞有抑制作用,结果具有统计学意义。结论 MHD含药血清具有一定抑制Hela肿瘤细胞增殖作用。
Objective To observe the toxicity of Millettia radix extract (MHD) and its antitumor activity in vitro. Methods The Hela cell line was used as the research object, and the Kunming mice serum was used as the drug. The inhibitory effect of MHD-containing serum on Hela cell proliferation was observed by MTT assay. Results The serum containing MHD had an inhibitory effect on Hela cells, with statistical significance. Conclusion MHD-containing serum can inhibit the proliferation of Hela tumor cells.
