在金属加工领域,气体混合装置对焊接质量和生产效益有着十分重要的作用。氩气是低碳钢焊接保护气体的主要成分。根据焊件的厚度、材料的化学成分、焊接位置、沉积速率及熔深要求等因素,可增加氧气、氦气或二氧化碳等成分。辅助气体可通过预混合的高压气瓶提供,如果经济条件允许,现场可采用一种保护气体混合装置。常见的混合机有2种,最简单的是均衡混合装置,如图1所示,它通过入口处的气源调节阀将气体成分引入并供至焊接点,以保持混合器内的压力平衡。均衡混合装置的主要优点是低成本和无电设计。
In the field of metalworking, gas mixing devices play a very important role in welding quality and production efficiency. Argon is a major component of low-carbon steel welding shielding gas. According to the thickness of the weldment, the chemical composition of the material, welding position, deposition rate and penetration requirements and other factors, can increase oxygen, helium or carbon dioxide and other ingredients. Auxiliary gases can be supplied through pre-mixed high-pressure gas cylinders, and if the economy allows, a protective gas mixing device can be used on-site. There are two common types of mixers. The simplest one is an equalizing mixer, as shown in Figure 1, which introduces and supplies gas components to the weld through the inlet regulator and maintains the pressure in the mixer balanced. The main advantages of balanced mixers are low cost and electroless design.
