一般地说,用不锈耐酸钢类(如12X18H_(10)T)材料生产深拉延制品相当困难。采用普通深拉延需4~6道工序,在采用拉延和变薄拉延结合的工艺时需12—15道工序。这是由于该材料具有粘模和加工强化倾向强等特性造成的。通常规定二次拉延后必须进行一次中间退火,从而增加一系列配合工序,诸如脱脂,酸洗,干燥,涂润滑剂等。多次中间退火将导致制品生产周期加长、增碳以及使不锈钢组织变坏。另外,通常用作润滑剂的氯化乙烯漆是易燃品,对人体有害。因此应改进不锈钢的深拉延工艺。
In general, the use of stainless steel acid-resistant steel (such as 12X18H_ (10) T) material deep drawing products is quite difficult. Using ordinary deep drawing 4 to 6 procedures, the use of drawing and thinning drawing process requires 12-15 procedures. This is due to the characteristics of the material with sticky molds and strong processing-strengthening tendencies. It is usually provided that after secondary drawing an intermediate annealing must be carried out to add a series of compounding processes such as degreasing, pickling, drying, lubricants and the like. Multiple intermediate annealing will result in longer product life cycles, carbon build-up and deterioration of the stainless steel structure. In addition, chlorinated vinyl paint, which is commonly used as a lubricant, is a flammable product that is harmful to humans. Therefore, the stainless steel deep drawing process should be improved.
