人民日報自六月十六日起,连續發表了幾個资料,说明在基本建设中,沒有正确的工程設計,卽行盲目施工的现象是很嚴重的。人民日報并于十六日發表了一篇「没有工程設计就不可能施工」的社論,分析了这种錯誤行为的思想根源。上述资料,有些是比较早的,並且得到糾正的,但就是这些校早的资枓,對於我們今天正在進行的各种基本建设來說,仍然有重大的教育意義。
