21世纪的中国已走进了信息化社会,对很多的新领域和新技术都需要青年一代去研究、去创造,去解决。当前社会的发展,对人的主动进取、合作探究和创新精神的要求越来越高,而青少年普遍面临的一个新的困境是不适应社会的发展。高中体育与健康新课程理念,需要改变我们原有的教学观念,充分发挥教师的主导作用,培养学生的自主、合作、探究精神,提高校本研究,提高体育课的含金量,培养学生的学习习惯。笔者在教学探索过程中发现引探教学法能很好解决这些问题,能较多渗透新课程的教学理念。引探教学法是将教师的课前预习和上课的导入、设疑、探究性学习以及回归评价,贯穿于整堂课中间。
In the 21st century, China has entered an information society. For many new fields and new technologies, it is necessary for the younger generation to study, create and solve problems. The current social development demands more and more people’s initiative, cooperation and exploration and innovation, and a new predicament commonly faced by adolescents is that they are not suited to the development of society. The concept of new curriculum of physical education and health in senior high schools needs to change our original teaching concept, give full play to the leading role of teachers, cultivate students ’autonomy, cooperation and exploration spirit, improve school-based research, raise the gold content of physical education and cultivate students’ study habits. In the course of teaching and exploring, I found that the teaching method of probing can solve these problems well, and can permeate more teaching ideas of new curriculum. Teaching method is to guide the teacher’s lesson preview and class introduction, set doubts, inquiry learning and regression evaluation, runs through the middle of the entire class.
