1958年作者在云南元江县,发現一种具有杀菌性能的天然矾石,化学組成近似鉄鋁假矾(FeSO_4·Al_2(SO4)_3·24 H_2O),經过定性及定量分析,含量百分为Fe~(++)=6.70,Al~(+++)=6.09,K~(+)=0.10,S_2O_3~(--)=2.80,SO_4~(--)=42.43,硫粒=0.09,H_2O=39.34,石墨杂质=0.11。曾使用0.5%浓度的溶液防治小麦叶锈病及棉輪紋病(Alternaria tenuis),取得良好的效果。进一步采用三种方法对25种真菌进行药效試驗,測定其抑制及毒杀作用。 1.抑菌作用:用0.5%及1%元江明矾液作成七种真菌孢子悬浮液,按悬滴法測定抑菌作
In 1958, the author found a kind of natural alum stone with bactericidal properties in Yuanjiang County, Yunnan Province. The chemical composition is similar to that of FeSO 4 · Al 2 (SO 4) 3 · 24 H 2 O. After qualitative and quantitative analysis, (+) = 6.09, K + = 0.10, S_2O_3 = 2.80, SO_4 - = 42.43, Sulfur particles = 0.09 H 2 O = 39.34, graphite impurity = 0.11. 0.5% solution was used to control wheat leaf rust and cotton rot disease (Alternaria tenuis), and achieved good results. Three kinds of methods were further used to test the efficacy of 25 kinds of fungi to determine their inhibition and toxicity. 1.
