由气候变化引起的全球环境问题使得对有色行业节能减排技术发展潜力的评价成为一项很有必要的研究课题.从行业特点及节能减排与低碳经济的角度出发分别以资源利用、能源利用、经济成本、环境破坏、技术性能、推广障碍分析六个方面建立有色行业节能减排技术发展潜力的评价指标体系,并基于WINGS的模糊视角构建了ANP因素集加权矩阵以此改进传统ANP法,从而使指标权重的计算更科学合理.在此基础上,运用Fuzzy建立能够精确判定定性指标的评价机制,建立了一套有色行业节能减排技术发展潜力的多目标决策综合评价模型.综合评价结果表明,氧气底吹熔炼技术是铜火法冶炼领域需要重点引进和开发的技术.
The global environmental problems caused by climate change make the evaluation of the potential of energy saving and emission reduction technologies in nonferrous industries become a very necessary research topic.From the characteristics of industry and energy saving and emission reduction and low carbon economy point of view, respectively, the use of resources, energy The evaluation index system of energy-saving and emission reduction technology development in non-ferrous industry is established based on six aspects: economic benefit, economic cost, environmental damage, technical performance and promotion barrier analysis.
