许多中小企业在创业初期,都依靠的是亲戚、朋友或熟人的财力。这些资金可以采取借款和产权资本的形式。尽管求助于亲人和朋友融通的资金有限,但仍不失为一种非常重要,甚至是创业之初惟一的融资渠道。
Many SMEs rely on the financial resources of their relatives, friends or acquaintances in their early stages of business. These funds can take the form of loans and equity capital. Despite the limited funds available to help meet with loved ones and friends, it is still a very important and even the only source of financing for start-ups.
