2004年泰州港顺利实施了民营控股的改制,公司股权为管理层55%,中层以下员工25%,国有20%,改制还将全港职工身份予以置换,实现“企业人”向“社会人”的转变;对离退休、退养人员移交地方社会保障部门,进行社会化管理;国有土地也进行了置换。泰州港作为一个中小港口,在民营化改革中取得了初步成功,有不少值得其它中小港口进行体制改革汲取的宝贵经验。
In 2004, Taizhou Port successfully implemented the reform of private holding, with 55% of management equity, 25% of middle-level employees and 20% of state-owned shares.
