一、1994年我省经济形势很好,审计部门作出了积极贡献最近我在全省经济工作会议上讲过,1994年全省改革和发展总的形势都是很好的。经济和社会发展的主要指标超过全国平均水平,是1995年以来首次超过全国平均水平,也超过省年初的计划,提前一年完成或超额完成了“八五”计划目标。我省有这样好的形势,是全省人民认真贯彻中央“二十字”方针正确处理好改革、发展、稳定的关系,在省委、省政府正确领导下努力奋斗的结果,与全省审计部门卓有成效的工作也是分不开的。审计工作起到了重要的保证作用。这一点必须充分肯定。去年,审计部门紧密围绕深化改革和经济建设的中心,突出对影响经济全局问题的审计、作了大量工作,
First, in 1994, the economic situation in our province was very good and the auditing departments made positive contributions. Recently, at the economic work conference held in the province, I said that the general situation of the province’s reform and development in 1994 was very good. The major indicators of economic and social development surpassed the national average and exceeded the national average for the first time since 1995, surpassing the plan of the provincial authorities at the beginning of the year and completed or over-fulfilled the targets of the “1985” plan one year ahead of schedule. Our province has such a good situation. It is the result of the people in the province conscientiously implementing the policy of the Central Government under the leadership of the Central Government and the “20 Words”, properly handling the relations of reform, development and stability, and working hard under the correct leadership of the provincial party committee and government. The effective work of the audit department is also inseparable. The audit has played an important role in guaranteeing. This must be fully affirmed. Last year, the audit department closely focused on deepening the center of reform and economic construction, highlighted the audits affecting the overall economic situation, and made a great deal of efforts.
