十余年来,我国SCI论文数至少有四分之一由SCI收录的中国科技期刊贡献。从1998到2005年。我国SCI源期刊的收录数量、主要文献计量指标(总被引频次和影响因子)的增长比例都高于世界平均水平,表明中国科技期刊的影响和水平呈上升之势。中国科技期刊在我国人才培养方面有不容忽视的作用。多年来,中国科学技术信息研究所在遏制学术腐败、造假方面做了多方面的努力。
For more than ten years, at least one quarter of the SCI papers in our country have been contributed by SCI journals. From 1998 to 2005. The percentage of the SCI source journals in our country and the increase of the main bibliometrics (total number of cites and impact factors) are higher than the world average, indicating that the impact and level of Chinese sci-tech periodicals are on the rise.
