结构在缺乏专用设备时,要完成高精度长油缸(如图1)的加工是有一定困难的。为此,我们设计制造了如图2所示的装置,取得了良好的效果。孔径尺寸、光洁度都达到要求,两端的椭圆度、锥度均小于0.005mm。这套装置由自动定心支承和刀架部份组成。自动定心支承(图3)由支承体1、胶木块2、固定套5等组成。支承体1上开了六条等分斜槽,用于安装胶木块2,调节螺母3可调节胶木块径向尺寸。固定套5用螺钉4紧固在镗杆上,以限止自动定心支承向右滑移。浸油羊毛垫圈6安装在件1、5之间,以减少两端面的摩擦力。羊毛垫圈7用于防止切屑进入自动定心支承内。
Structure In the absence of special equipment, to complete the high-precision long cylinder (Figure 1) of the processing is a certain difficulty. To this end, we designed and manufactured the device shown in Figure 2, and achieved good results. Pore size, finish all meet the requirements of both ends of the ovality, taper are less than 0.005mm. This device consists of self-centering support and tool holder. Self-centering support (Figure 3) from the support 1, bakelite block 2, the fixed sleeve 5 and other components. The support body 1 is provided with six bisector chutes for installing the bakelite block 2 and the adjusting nut 3 for adjusting the radial size of the bakelite block. The fixing sleeve 5 is fastened to the boring bar by means of screws 4 so as to prevent the self-centering support from slipping to the right. Oil-soaked wool washer 6 is mounted between pieces 1,5 to reduce the friction between the two ends. Wool washer 7 prevents chips from entering the centering support.
