近年来,国内外关于冷裂缝的研究做了大量的工作并取得了许多新的成果。关于这方面的文献报道也是很多的。为了全面正确的理解和在科研、生产实践中推广应用这些成果,本文根据读者来信中所提出的带有普遍性的一些问题,从四个方面,即拘束强度的基本概念及其应用、碳当量Ceq与冷裂敏感性成分指数Pcm的关系、焊接热参数的定量控制及后热的作用等,作了较为全面的概述,并简略的介绍了插销法的实验结果如何应用到生产实际当中去的途径,供读者参考。如有不同的看法,欢迎提出讨论,从而推动我国测试技术的应用和发展。
