断口特征分析、现场受力测试和观察表明,抽油机曲柄销在玻坏时承受较大的扭矩。通过数值计算和理论分析,指出连杆大头与曲柄销轴承座装配不当,存在较大应力,以及曲柄销轴承选择不合理,轴承预期寿命偏低,致使轴承运转不良等,是引起曲柄销承受较大扭矩的主要原因。据此认为,改善曲柄销的装配质量和提高轴承的寿命,是防止曲柄销承受较大扭矩,延长其使用寿命的重要途径。
Fracture characteristics analysis, on-site stress test and observation show that the crankpin of the pumping unit suffers larger torque when the glass is damaged. Through numerical calculation and theoretical analysis, it is pointed out that improper assembly of the connecting rod and crankshaft pedestal, large stress, and unreasonable selection of crankpin bearings, low bearing life expectancy, poor running of the bearing, The main reason for high torque.
