近年来,国外学者在骨骼肌和心肌的研究中,大量采用去膜肌纤维标本和钙瞬变测量技术,由于这些技术的广泛应用,使人们在亚细胞水平对横纹肌力学性质的研究取得了重大进展,本文仅就这两类技术作一简要介绍。去膜肌纤维去膜肌纤维(skinned fiber)又称名取纤维(natory fiber),系指去除细胞膜的肌纤维。其最大特点是细胞膜的选择通透性消失。将去膜肌纤维置于相当细胞内液的灌流液中进行实验,可通过灌流液改变细胞内液的各种成分,故是研究肌肉生理和生化的理想标本。去膜肌纤维包括骨骼肌去膜肌纤维、心肌去膜肌纤维和平滑肌去膜
