腮腺良性肿瘤的主要治疗手段为手术切除,通常认为分离解剖面神经是手术的关键,而由此产生的医源性创伤是创伤性面神经损伤的主要原因。
The main treatment for parotid benign tumors is surgical resection. It is generally considered that the separation of the anatomical nerve is the key to surgery. The iatrogenic trauma resulting from this is the main cause of traumatic facial nerve injury.
