为了进一步试验棉花种衣剂一号农药包衣处理棉花种子防治苗期病虫害效果,为今后大面积推广包衣技术提供依据,我们于1985年春播时进行了该项试验,初报如下。一、试验设计该项试验共设5个处理。一是光籽种衣剂处理区:每市斤种衣剂一号农药处理脱绒后的光籽种子25斤,该药含呋喃丹和多菌灵有效成份分别为24%和12%,本处理药种此例为1:0.5:100。二是光籽药剂处理区:经过脱绒的光籽,种子播前用50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂按1:100拌种,播种时每亩沟施3%呋喃丹颗粒剂4斤。三是毛籽药剂处理区:用未脱绒毛籽按处理二药剂种类和方法进行处理。
