目的 :探讨放射性核素肾显像测定有效肾血浆流量 (ERPF)对高血压肾损害早期诊断的价值。方法 :对 32例原发性高血压患者进行99mTc -Ec肾动态显像并测定ERPF ,同时测定尿中β2 -微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)及N -乙酰 - β -D -氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG) ,对结果进行统计分析。结果 :ERPF与尿β -MG、NAG均有高度相关性。尿微量白蛋白阳性组与尿微量白蛋白 (MA)阴性组ERPF无显著差异。结论 :ERPF可较好地反映高血压病早期肾小管损害 ,利用放射性核素肾显像可早期诊断高血压肾损害。
Objective: To investigate the value of effective renal plasma flow (ERPF) measured by radionuclide renal imaging in the early diagnosis of hypertensive renal damage. Methods: Thirty - two patients with essential hypertension underwent 99mTc - Ec renal dynamic imaging and determination of ERPF. The urinary β2 - microglobulin (β2 - MG) and N - acetyl - β - D - glucosaminidase (NAG), the results of statistical analysis. Results: ERPF and urinary β-MG, NAG were highly correlated. Urine microalbumin positive group and urine microalbumin (MA) negative group ERPF no significant difference. Conclusion: ERPF can better reflect the early damage of renal tubules in hypertensive patients. The use of radionuclide renal imaging can early diagnose hypertensive renal damage.
