目的探讨发展性评价在高职护生基础护理实验教学中的应用及效果。方法从2013级高职护理专业中抽取2个班,随机分为实验组(66人)和对照组(61人),实验组建立和实施发展性评价体系,对照组采用传统的教学评价,课程结束后通过考试和问卷调查的方式对比分析2组学生的教学效果。结果实验组护生的护理综合能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论发展性评价体系在基础护理实验教学中的构建和实施,有利于提高学生的专业能力、学习探究能力和社会能力。
Objective To explore the application and effect of developmental evaluation in experimental teaching of basic nursing in higher vocational nursing students. Methods Two classes were selected from the 2013 vocational nursing major and randomly divided into experimental group (66 persons) and control group (61 persons). The experimental group established and implemented the developmental evaluation system, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching evaluation and curriculum After the end of the exam and questionnaire survey by way of comparative analysis of two groups of students teaching effectiveness. Results Nursing students comprehensive ability of nursing students was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The construction and implementation of the developmental evaluation system in basic nursing experiment teaching will help to improve students’ professional ability, learning and inquiry ability and social ability.
