本文导出了能够较全面地描述质点在圆筒筛面上运动的数学模型,并给出便于应用的简化形式。通过电子计算机数值模拟和运动学分析,讨论了被筛物在圆筒筛面上的运动规律和特性,从理论上证明圆筒筛具有效率高和便于调节、控制等优点。文中还给出了由室内试验结果得到的立式圆筒筛工作参数与性能指标的二次回归方程。方差分析表明:圆筒筛速度是影响谷粒分离率的最重要的参数。在适当选择速度之后,筛子清选负荷量、地面坡角和作物湿度在讨论范围内变化对谷粒分离均无显著影响。
In this paper, we derive a mathematical model that can describe the particle motion on the cylinder surface more fully and give a simplified form that is easy to use. Through the computer numerical simulation and kinematics analysis, the movement rule and characteristic of the sieve on the cylinder screen are discussed. It is theoretically proved that the cylinder screen has the advantages of high efficiency, easy adjustment and control. The paper also gives the quadratic regression equation of the working parameters and performance indexes of the vertical cylindrical screen obtained from the indoor test results. Analysis of variance showed that the speed of drum sieve was the most important parameter that affected the grain separation rate. After a proper selection of speed, changes in sieve clearance load, ground slope angle and crop humidity within the discussion range had no significant effect on grain separation.
