为进一步规范建筑市场管理,2007年,武汉市建委在市级建设管理中实行综合执法,即调整集中相关管理机构的部分职能,将建筑业管理办公室、勘察设计处等承担的行政处罚职能统一委托市建筑市场管理站承担,合理划分工作界面。市建筑市场管理站对建筑市场执法检查中发现的违法行为,及时通知各相关管理机构,由相关管理机构负责督促整改或采取其他行政措施。
