本工作利用扫描电镜,自动图象分析仪、X光衍射仪及显微镜等仪器对我所生产的Ni222和Ni985两种冷喷合金粉末的形态,颗粒度,配比、组织结构和性能作了分析。对五种不同喷焊距离形成的Ni222冷喷焊工作层中的颗粒变形度、氧化物的量和空穴,作了定量测定,并研究了合金粉末颗粒中主要强化相γ′(Ni_3Al)的变化规律。最后结合喷焊层的耐磨性,粉末的沉积率和喷焊层与基体表面之间的结合强度等综合性能,获得了最佳喷焊距离工艺参数。
In this work, the morphology, particle size, proportion, microstructure and properties of two kinds of cold-sprayed alloy powders Ni222 and Ni985 produced by our company were analyzed by using scanning electron microscope, automatic image analyzer, X-ray diffractometer and microscope. . The deformation degree, the amount of oxide and the amount of holes in Ni222 cold sprayed welding working layer formed by five different welding distances were quantitatively determined. The effects of the main strengthening phase γ ’(Ni 3 Al) in the alloy powder particles The law of change. Finally, combined with the wear resistance of the spray coating, the deposition rate of the powder and the bonding strength between the spray coating and the substrate surface, the optimum process parameters of the spray coating distance were obtained.
