According to the analysis of production process and the experience of on-site operation, the expert knowledge base of limestone furnace condition diagnosis was established by using production rules. Based on the results of real-time on-site detection and off-line detection of various parameters and furnace process numerical simulation, 1m lime shaft furnace developed a real-time furnace condition diagnostic expert system to create conditions for the automation and optimal control of limestone production operations
