继最近国务院常务会议部署加快发展节能环保产业工作之后,日前国务院印发《关于加快发展节能环保产业的意见》(以下简称《意见》)明确提出产业发展目标和重点发展领域,并推出多方面具体支持政策。下阶段,国家有关部门还将从金融财税等方面进一步推出具体工作细则,包括加快推进资源性产品价格改革、安排财政资金支持和引导节能环保产业发展、支持符合条件的节能环保企业上市融资等。
Following the recent deployment of the State Council executive meeting to speed up the development of energy-saving and environmental protection industries, the State Council recently issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Industries (hereinafter referred to as “Opinions”) clearly set forth the industrial development goals and key development areas and launched various specific support policy. The next stage, the state departments will further financial and tax aspects such as the specific work details to further promote, including accelerating the reform of resource-based products, arranging financial support and guide the development of energy-saving environmental protection industry, supporting qualified listed companies to raise energy and environmental protection financing.
