我厂为了对社会主义革命多作贡献加快液压件生产,组成了以工人、技术员、干部三结合小组,大搞技术革新和技术改造,经过大家同心协力,日夜奋战,终于在1974年底胜利地完成了两台阀杆无心研磨机,改革工艺方法,以机研代替原来的手工操作,通过几年来的生产实践,情况良好,从而大大减轻了工人劳动强度,保证了阀杆的加工质量,减少了返修工时和废品率,加工效率也提高3倍以上。
