目的:探讨补肾活血饮治疗帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)的作用机理。方法:建立PD大鼠模型,将120只SD大鼠按随机数字法分为正常对照组、生理盐水对照组、补肾活血饮治疗组,连续治疗8周。采用脑PET显像技术观察补肾活血法治疗后大鼠纹状体内多巴胺转运蛋白变化情况。结果:补肾活血饮治疗组大鼠损毁侧纹状体DAT放射性浓聚较生理盐水组明显增加,其纹状体/小脑比值较生理盐水组明显增多(2.14±0.29比1.89±0.34),差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补肾活血饮能增加PD模型大鼠纹状体多巴胺转运蛋白含量,提高DA利用率,起到治疗PD的作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in treating Parkinson’s disease (PD). METHODS: A rat model of PD was established. 120 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, normal saline control group, Bushen Huoxue Yin treatment group and treated for 8 weeks. Brain PET imaging was used to observe the changes of dopamine transporter in the rat striatum after treatment with Bushen Huoxue. RESULTS: Compared with the normal saline group, the DAT radioactivity concentration in the lesioned lateral striatum was significantly increased in the Bushenhuoxueyin treatment group, and the striatum/cerebellum ratio was significantly increased compared with the saline group (2.14±0.29 vs 1.89±0.34). Significantly statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Yin can increase the content of dopamine transporter in the striatum of PD model rats, increase the utilization rate of DA, and play a role in the treatment of PD.
