国内中关村建立专项基金资助留学人员归国创业9月25日,中关村又推出重大新举措:建立总额为4500万元“归国留学人员创业专项基金”,用于吸引海外留学人员归国创业。据悉,这项由中关村科技园区管委会建立的“创业基金”主要有两种使用方式:其一是用于归国留学人员服务创业体系建设资金。包括留学人员归国考察交流、创业服务、吸引留学人员归国创业宣传等活动的经费;对有突出贡献的归国创业人员给予奖励;扶持留学人员创业孵化机构所需经费。
