对标准化领域中需要协调统一的管理事项所制定的标准,称为管理标准。管理标准按其对象可分为技术管理标准、生产组织标准、经济管理标准,行政管理标准、业务管理标准和工作标准等。制定管理标准的目的是为合理组织,利用和发展生产力,正确处理生产,交换、分配和消费中的相互关系及科学地行使计划、监督,指挥、调整、控制等行政与管理机构的职能。
Standardization of the need for harmonization of management issues set by the standards, known as the management standards. Management standards according to their object can be divided into technical management standards, production organization standards, economic management standards, administrative management standards, business management standards and working standards. The purpose of formulating management standards is to properly manage, utilize and develop productive forces, correctly handle the interrelations in production, exchange, distribution and consumption and scientifically exercise the functions of administrative and regulatory agencies such as planning, supervision, command, adjustment and control.
