一九八六年已经到来,国民经济第六个五年计划已经胜利实现。全国人民正在党中央领导下为胜利完成具有重要意义的第七个五年计划和建设有中国特色的社会主义而奋斗。值此之际,回顾“六五”期间锅炉压力容器安全监察工作,展望和规划“七五”期间的锅炉压力容器安全监察工作,以适应形势的需要,为党的总任务总目标服务,是十分必要的。党的十一届三中全会以来,锅炉压力容器安全监察工作,在各级党和政府的重视和领导下,做了大量工作,取得显著成效,主要有:
