探讨中药参阳方 (主药 :党参、黄芪、丹参、锁阳、女贞子等 )的急性与慢性毒性反应。进行常规的小鼠经口急性毒性试验 ,并通过建立移植瘤模型 ,观察该方对荷瘤裸鼠的长期慢性毒性反应和对其生存期的影响。结果 :参阳方经小鼠灌胃的日最大耐受量为 5 0 g/kg体重 ,相当于临床用药量的 10 7倍 ;对荷瘤裸鼠的生存期无影响 ;心、肝、肾标本光镜下均未见病理学改变。提示参阳方对小鼠、荷瘤裸鼠无明显的急性及慢性毒副反应
To investigate the acute and chronic toxicity of the traditional Chinese medicine Shen Yang Fang (main drugs: Dangshen, Radix Astragali, Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Cynomorium, Ligustrum lucidum, etc.). Oral acute oral toxicity test was performed in mice, and a model of xenograft tumor was established to observe the long-term chronic toxicity of the mice to tumor-bearing nude mice and the effect on their survival. RESULTS: The maximum tolerated dose of Shenyang Formula was 50 g/kg body weight per day, which was equivalent to 10 7 times of the clinical dosage. No effect on the survival time of tumor-bearing nude mice; heart, liver, kidney No pathological changes were observed under light microscope. It is suggested that Shen Yang Fang has no obvious acute and chronic toxicity to mice and tumor-bearing nude mice.
