▲1965年5月第一台由我国自行设计、试制的快装卧式单锅筒纵置的工业锅炉(蒸发量1.5t/h)在上海太平洋被单厂投运。该锅炉由上海工业锅炉厂(原中建锅炉厂)设计,设计煤种为烟煤;设计效率75％;投用实测热效率为78％。燃烧方式为固定炉篦层燃炉。该炉开创了我国快装工业锅炉系列生产的历史。▲1968年开始,以卧式纵置锅筒的为主体的我国KZ型系列工业锅炉普遍推广。1969年由南京通风锅炉厂(现南京锅炉总厂前身)试制成功,在南京中兴源丝织厂正式投用,从而开始了江苏省自行设计制造快装工业锅炉的历史。▲江苏锅炉制造行业生产能力在全国总产量的比例逐产增高。目前制造总产量约占据全国1/6～1/7。现有18家国家定点生产的锅炉厂,1万余名职工,150余名技术人
