自2003年《关于开展社区矫正试点工作的通知》下发后,作为社区矫正种类之一的“缓刑”一度引起人们的关注,其适用中出现各种问题是在所难免的,鉴于缓刑制度意义重大,本人拟就缓刑适用阶段、考察阶段的相关内容提出部分完善建议。
