我刊在编审稿件的过程中,审稿员或编辑人员往往会在来稿的启发下,提出一些补充意见,使来稿在技术上更加完善,但没有机会加以发表。本文图2的结构,就是本刊审稿员在作者设计构思的启发下提出的。现将两种结构同时刊出,供读者参考。这也可说是技术性刊物如何贯彻“百花齐放、百家争鸣”方针的一种试验性探索.本刊今后仍将采用这个办法,以加强编者与作者之间的交流.
In the process of compiling and reviewing manuscripts, reviewers or editors often make some supplementary suggestions inspired by the manuscripts to make the manuscript more technically perfect but have no chance to publish it. The structure of Figure 2 in this article is the publication of the reviewer inspired by the author’s design concept. The two structures are now published at the same time, for readers reference. This can also be said to be a tentative exploration of how technical journals implement the policy of “letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend.” This publication will still adopt this approach in the future to enhance exchanges between editors and authors.
