目的:提取甘草中抗癌活性物质角鲨烯,对提取溶剂、提取方法及工艺参数进行选择优化。方法:以浸膏得率和角鲨烯含量为评价指标,对提取溶剂和提取方法进行选择,并通过单因素实验和正交试验对实验参数进行优化。结果:以石油醚为提取溶剂,采用超声波法,在50℃下超声处理40min。在此条件下,浸膏得率为0.78%,浸膏中角鲨烯含量为0.33%。结论:超声波法提取简便易行,优化后的工艺能有效提取甘草中的角鲨烯,为甘草综合利用提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To extract squalene, an anticancer active substance in licorice, and to optimize the extraction solvent, extraction method and process parameters. Methods: The extraction solvent and extraction method were selected by the extraction yield and squalene content, and the experimental parameters were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Results: The petroleum ether as the extraction solvent, using ultrasonic method, sonicated at 50 ℃ 40min. Under these conditions, the extract yield was 0.78% and the extract contained squalene 0.33%. Conclusion: Ultrasonic extraction is simple and convenient. The optimized technology can effectively extract squalene from licorice and provide a basis for the comprehensive utilization of licorice.
