笔者所在医院2014年1月—2014年7月共完成达·芬奇机器人甲状腺手术21例,其中男6例,女15例;年龄18~45岁。无高血压、心脏病、糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进及其他基础疾病。所选病例符合美国麻醉医师协会分级,在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级之间。术后随访24~48 h。麻醉诱导用咪达唑仑0.05 mg/kg、舒芬太尼0.4μg/kg、丙泊酚1.5 mg/kg,顺式阿曲库铵0.3 mg/kg,待肌松完善达到TOF计数为0时行气管插管。使用
The author’s hospital from January 2014 to July 2014 completed a total of Da Vinci robot thyroid surgery in 21 cases, 6 males and 15 females; aged 18 to 45 years. No high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other underlying diseases. Selected cases in line with the American Society of Anesthesiologists classification, in Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ level.
