东北轻合金加工厂研制成功的高强度、高韧性、防爆、防腐的157铝合金,于1985年通过了东北、内蒙古煤炭工业联合公司、吉林省第二轻工业厅和黑龙江省冶金局联合组织的技术鉴定,并荣获黑龙江省1985年科技成果二等奖.由于157铝合金化学成分选择得当,工艺制度合理,所以组织优良、性能稳定.它的强度和耐磨性能大大超过A3型钢材,可与20号和30号优质炭素钢媲美;其冷脆性也比钢材好很多.
Northeast Light Alloy Processing Factory has successfully developed 157 high-strength, high-toughness, explosion-proof and anti-corrosion 157 aluminum alloy and passed the technology jointly organized by Northeast China, Inner Mongolia Coal Industry Joint Venture, Jilin Second Light Industry Department and Heilongjiang Metallurgical Bureau in 1985 Identification and won the second prize of scientific and technological achievements in Heilongjiang Province in 1985. Due to the chemical composition of 157 aluminum alloy properly selected, the process system is reasonable, so good organization, stable performance. Its strength and wear resistance greatly exceeds the A3 steel, with 20 No. 30 and high quality carbon steel comparable; its cold brittleness is also much better than steel.
