经济领域的供给与需求是相互联系、相互制约、相互影响的,两者的统一性和矛盾性就在于需求为供给提供前提条件,而供给又为需求创造可能,只有两者处于相互调适、动态平衡状态下,才能促进经济持续、稳定、高效发展。本文从探析我国目前供需失衡的深层次原因入手,就如何从宏观、中观、微观领域着力撬动财政、税收、金融等经济杠杆,激活消费市场,调节市场供需平衡,缩短经济周期方面提出浅见。
