乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)的肝外表现有多种,但并发胸膜炎的报道不多。自1988年12月～1991年12月间,本科收住的520例乙肝病例中,并发胸膜炎的只有1例,现报告如下: 病历摘要女患,42岁。因主诉纳差、恶心、乏力18个月,伴发热、胸痛4个月,呼吸困难1个月,于1991年9月19日入院。既往无肝炎、结核病史。其父母因肝硬化去世,其兄妹均患有乙肝。入院查体:T37.1,Bp14.7/10.0,P96。面色晦暗,有蜘蛛痣、肝掌,皮肤、巩膜无黄染。
