目的探讨HCMV、ADV、HBV抗原在IGA肾病患者肾组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 2010年10月至2011年10月期间,我院诊治的40例IGA肾病患者,通过免疫组织化学技术,对IGA肾病患者的肾活检组织,检测HCMV、ADV和HBV抗原。结果 HCMV抗原表达主要在肾小管和肾小球;ADV抗原表达主要在肾小管上皮细胞,较少在肾小球,偶在肾间质。HCMV表达程度与肾小球、肾小管间质的破坏程度呈正相关。HBsAg表达主要在肾小管上皮细胞,少量表达在肾小球和肾间质。HBsAg表达程度与肾小球、肾小管间质破坏程度没有相关性。结论 HCMV、ADV和HBV感染都与IGA肾病的发生、发展有相对较大的相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of HCMV, ADV and HBV antigens in renal tissues of patients with IGA nephropathy. Methods From October 2010 to October 2011, 40 patients with IGA nephropathy diagnosed in our hospital were examined for HCMV, ADV and HBV antigens by immunohistochemistry on renal biopsies from patients with IGA nephropathy. Results The expression of HCMV antigen was mainly in renal tubules and glomeruli. The expression of ADV antigen mainly in renal tubular epithelial cells, less in the glomerulus and even in the renal interstitium. The expression of HCMV was positively correlated with the degree of glomerular and tubulointerstitial destruction. HBsAg expression mainly in renal tubular epithelial cells, a small amount of expression in glomerular and renal interstitium. HBsAg expression level and glomerular tubule destruction is not related to the degree of. Conclusion HCMV, ADV and HBV infection have a relatively large correlation with the occurrence and development of IGA nephropathy.
