未来五年,沈阳经济社会发展面临着世界经济结构和区域结构调整、我国处于经济增长周期、国内外投资高速增长、国家振兴东北老工业基地、第十二届全运会等发展机遇。同时,也面临着国际经济形势日趋复杂、国内经济结构性矛盾突出、装备制造业压力加大、自身诸多矛盾的挑战。要把握机遇,迎接挑战,实现老工业基地的全面振兴。
In the next five years, Shenyang will face economic and social development in the world such as adjustment of the world economic structure and regional structure, development cycle of economic growth in our country, rapid growth of investment both at home and abroad, development opportunities for the country to revitalize the northeast old industrial base and the 12th National Games. At the same time, it is also facing the challenge of increasingly complicated international economic situation, prominent structural contradictions in the domestic economy, pressure from the equipment manufacturing industry and many contradictions in itself. We must seize opportunities and meet challenges in order to achieve the full rejuvenation of the old industrial base.
