目的通过检测孕妇血中微小病毒B19的感染,了解对新生儿的影响。方法应用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)检测29例临床有感染症状的孕妇血清中微小病毒B19DNA。结果29例孕妇血清中微小病毒B19DNA阳性反应的有4例,其新生儿有1例因胎儿水肿死亡,2例出现溶血性黄疸,1例低体重儿。结论应用PCR技术检测孕妇血清微小病毒B19DNA有临床实用价值。
Objective To detect the infection of parvovirus B19 in pregnant women to understand the impact on the newborn. Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect 29 cases of parvovirus B19 DNA in pregnant women with clinical symptoms. Results In 29 cases of pregnant women, 4 cases were positive for B19 DNA in the serum, 1 case died of fetal edema, 2 cases had hemolytic jaundice and 1 case had low birth weight. Conclusion PCR-based detection of pregnant women with serum parvovirus B19DNA has clinical value.
