我院泌尿外科自1964年5月至1977年5月,共做输精管吻合术22例。年令均在28～49岁;其中(1)要求恢复生育者4例;(2)输精管吻合术后并发症(附睾郁积,痛性结节,性机能改变等)18例;间隔时间:结扎至吻合间隔时间,最长者12年,最短者1年。相隔3～6年者占多数;效果:22例进行吻合术23例次。随访16例中,精液中找到精子和再孕者14例,吻合成功率87.5％。其中要求再育的4例中,
Urology in our hospital from May 1964 to May 1977, a total of 22 cases of vas deferens anastomosis.
