建办受理函[2015]4号各省、自治区住房和城乡建设厅,直辖市建委(房地局),各申报企业:根据《房地产开发企业资质管理规定》(建设部令第77号)和《关于完善房地产开发企业一级资质核定工作的通知》(建住房[2009]101号文件),住房和城乡建设部房地产市场监管司组织专家对近期申报一级资质的房地产开发企业进行了评审。为保证评审质量,增加工作的透明度,现将北京丽富房地产开发有限公司等150家企业的评审意见在“住房和城乡建设部网站(http://www.mohurd.gov.cn)”上进行公示,以广泛接受社会监督。请评审意见为待定
Construction and acceptance of the letter [2015] No. 4 provinces and autonomous regions Housing and Urban Construction Department, municipal construction commission (Housing Bureau), the declaration of enterprises: According to “Real Estate Development Enterprise Qualification Management Regulations” (Ministry of Construction Order No. 77) and “ Improve the qualification of real estate development enterprises approved a notice ”(Building Housing [2009] No. 101 document), the Ministry of Housing and Urban Real Estate Market Supervision Division organized experts to declare a recent qualification of real estate development companies were reviewed. In order to ensure the quality of the review and increase the transparency of the work, the opinions of 150 companies such as Beijing Lifu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. are now on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (http://www.mohurd.gov.cn) Publicity, in order to widely accept social supervision.
