目的:对宁夏六盘山地区栽培黄芪中的6种重金属(Cu、Cd、Pb、Cr、As、Hg)含量进行测定,建立黄芪重金属含量的检测方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,ICP-AES法测定Cu、Cd、Pb、Cr的含量,原子荧光光谱法测定As、Hg的含量。结果:六盘山地区不同产地黄芪中重金属元素的含量有一定差异,但重金属含量均低于《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》(2004)规定的重金属限量标准。结论:实验检测黄芪中重金属既为黄芪药材的质量评价及发展道地药材生产提供资料,也为制定该药材中重金属限量标准提供参考依据。
Objective: To determine the contents of six heavy metals (Cu, Cd, Pb, Cr, As and Hg) in Astragalus cultivated in Liupan Mountain of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and to establish a method for the determination of heavy metals in Radix Astragali. Methods: The contents of Cu, Cd, Pb and Cr were determined by ICP-AES and the contents of As and Hg were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry after microwave digestion. Results: The contents of heavy metal elements in astragalus from different areas were different in Liupan Mountain area, but the contents of heavy metals were all lower than the limit of heavy metals in “Foreign Trade Green Industry Standard for Medicinal Plants and Preparations” (2004). Conclusion: The experimental detection of heavy metals in Radix Astragali not only provides the information for the quality evaluation of Radix Astragali, but also provides reference for the production of medicinal herbs in the development of Radix Astragali. It also provides a reference for formulating the limit of heavy metals in Radix Astragali.
