人参皂甙R_(b1)有抗心律失常抑制心肌收缩力等Ca~(2+)通道阻滞样作用。我们应用PC技术在培养的Wistar大鼠单个心室肌细胞上,以细胞贴附式记录了人参皂甙R_(b1)对该型钙通道单通道活动的影响。同时以钙通道激动剂Bay K8644为对照,证实了人参皂甙R_(b1)250μg/ml显著抑制钙单通道活动,使钙通道的开放概率减少、平均开放时间缩短,平均关闭时间延长,而对通过钙通道的离子流幅度无影响。Bay K8644 5μmmol/L使开放概率增加、平均开放时间延长、平均关闭时间缩短。
Ginsenoside R_(b1) has anti-arrhythmic effects such as inhibition of cardiac contractility and Ca~(2+) channel block-like effects. We used PC technology to record the effect of ginsenoside R_(b1) on single-channel calcium channel activity on cultured Wistar rat single ventricular myocytes. At the same time, using calcium channel agonist Bay K8644 as a control, it was confirmed that ginsenoside R_(b1) 250 μg/ml significantly inhibited calcium single channel activity, reduced the opening probability of calcium channels, shortened the average opening time, and prolonged the average closure time, while The ion channel amplitude of the calcium channel has no effect. Bay K8644 5 μmmol/L increased the open probability, the average opening time, and the average closing time.
