肾结核为泌尿生殖系统中最常见疾病之一种,多为肺结核,骨结核或其他脏器结核病晚期并发症,在我国积极进行肺结核防治与抗痨保健的今天,无疑地肾结核亦将逐渐减少,但结核病特别是肺结核未消灭之前,目前相当长的一个阶段中,这一疾病仍将是较多的。在国内文献中,尤以近几年内,曾有多篇有关肾结核的病例分析,以及我院73例的情况看来,在早期诊断及治疗如不能得到适当的解决,治疗效果和劳动力的恢复是不够满意的。
