目的:优化乌饭树树叶中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。方法:采用单因素试验和正交设计,以总黄酮的含量为指标,以提取溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数为试验因素,优化乌饭树树叶中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。结果:优化试验方案所得乌饭树树叶中总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇,料液比为1∶40,提取时间30 min,提取次数2次。结论:该提取工艺稳定、可行,研究结果可为改进现有乌饭树树叶总黄酮的提取工艺提供有益参考。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from the leaves of Ulva pertussis. Methods: The single factor experiments and orthogonal design were used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids in the leaves of Ulva pertussis, taking the content of total flavonoids as an index, extracting solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times as experimental factors. Results: The optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids from the leaves was: 70% ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:40, the extraction time was 30 min and the extraction times were twice. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and feasible. The results of the study can provide useful reference for the improvement of the extraction technology of the total flavonoids from the leaves.
