针对我国大学英语教学长期存在的重语言教学,轻文化教学的现象,本文探讨了文化导入。尽管对文化教学在英语教学中的重要意义已达成共识,但高职非英语专业英语教学中的文化教学迄今未得到实际的重视,非英语专业学生跨文化交际能力的现状仍然堪忧。在大学英语教学中的必要性及文化导入的内容、方法和途径,从而论证了文化导入对大学英语教学。众所周知,西方文化知识的缺失会影响高职非英语专业学生的英语学习。本文阐述了文化教学在高职非英语专业英语教学中的必要性,并对实施和改进高职非英语专业英语教学中的文化教学提出了几点建议。
Aiming at the phenomena of heavy language teaching and light culture teaching that exist in college English teaching in our country for long time, this article discusses the introduction of culture. Although there has been a consensus on the importance of culture teaching in English teaching, the culture teaching in non-English major vocational English teaching in vocational colleges has so far received no practical attention. The current situation of non-English majors’ intercultural communication skills remains a worry. The necessity of college English teaching and the contents, methods and approaches of cultural introduction, so that the introduction of culture into college English teaching is demonstrated. It is well-known that the lack of knowledge of western culture will affect the English learning of non-English majors in vocational colleges. This article expatiates on the necessity of culture teaching in non-English majors in higher vocational education and puts forward some suggestions on how to implement and improve the teaching of non-English majors in English teaching.
