目的:了解住院病人住院期间对医院医疗服务的满意程度,探讨原因,提出解决方法。方法:采用统一调查表,在出院结账病人之间发放调查表填写的方式,并表明此次调查为不记名调查。结果:住院病人的病情变化时能否得到及时处理、手术安排有无拖延,护士能否及时提供查询费用、医务人员有否暗示请吃及“红包”现象等各项比较中有显著性差别(P<0.05)。结论:通过提高医务人员整体素质、加强医院管理监督体制的建设、维护住院病人所享有的医疗救治的权利等措施来改善医院的医疗服务的质量,满足住院病人的医疗服务的需求。
Objective: To understand the satisfaction degree of hospitalized patients during inpatient hospitalization, discuss the reasons and propose solutions. Methods: A unified questionnaire was used to distribute the questionnaire between discharged patients and patients, indicating that the investigation was anonymous. Results: The inpatients’ condition can be treated promptly, whether there is any delay in the operation schedule, whether the nurses can provide the inquiring fees in time, whether the medical staffs have the suggestion to eat and the “red envelopes” Difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The quality of medical services in hospitals can be improved and the demand of inpatients’ medical services can be met by improving the overall quality of medical personnel, strengthening the construction of hospital management and supervision system and safeguarding the rights of inpatient medical treatment.
